Got 2 implants yesterday and it could not have gone better. Everyone in the office is so great. No pain is a top priority.

Dr heideman has saved me several times. My front teeth have been broken for about 30 years. They came loose 3 weeks before my wedding. He made everything perfect in time. There wasn't much to work with but no time for implants. Even though he didn't have much to attach to they lasted 7 years. I recently had an implant put in and it was way less painful then I thought. I spoke at length with four different individuals at Luth & Heideman (Dentist, Hygenist, X-Ray Tech (?) and who I assume was the office manager) and all were kind, efficient and effective. My various dental issues were explained to me in great detail while images of my teeth and skull were displayed on the flat screen (great for visual learners.) Although I am relatively vigilant about visiting the dentist, I have never before been given this much "talking time" with a Dentist or Hygenist and I left feeling quite knowledgeab... read more

My husband and I went for an initial visit. We were immediately impressed with the nice, clean office as well as the friendly staff. Everyone we came in contact with at our visit was professional and took excellent care of us. Dr. Heideman was very personable and knowledgeable. We were shocked by the thoroughness of the initial visit and liked that they went over x-rays and pictures with you so that it was extremely easy to see and understand any work that needed to be done. I have never been so impressed after a dentist visit. The entire staff was very friendly and more importantly, they were not rushing through everything, including Dr Heideman. Dr. Heideman took plenty of time to sit down with me and explain everything he saw as well as recommendations. The office staff then provided me a break down of costs and asked how I would like to go forward. The equipment and office were all top of the line and very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.
