I have searched for a dentist for years and have always been disappointed until I started my visits to Dr. Heiderman by a dentist referral from another state. I have been Dr Heideman's patient for a number of years and have never had any problems. The staff is very professional and I never have to wait past my appointment time. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure that each patient is greeted by name and made to feel very comfortable. They are truly customer service oriented from the time I arrive until I leave .
I was anxious about going to a new dentist, but was reassured that this was the right place for me from the moment I was placed in the massage chair till the moment I got the detailed explanation of my needed services. Great operation!
