The entire staff focuses on creative a positive customer experience, ensuring comfort and providing updates and constant communication. Dr. Heideman and staff were very sensitive and attentive to my patient needs. Very professional, caring, and friendly! I would highly recommend their services!
I have to say that if dentistry was on canvas, this practice would be classed with Edward Degas ( my favorite artist). The quality, speed, and final touches provided by Dr. Heideman and his staff make each visit a A+ experience. I had an old crown removed and a new one put in with the touch of master craftsman at work. Thanks again for the best dental treatment ever !!
I feel relaxed when going to your dental office. I enjoy the staff, the music, and especially the massage chairs. The environment appears and is top shelf. Keep it up.
I recently got a crown replaced, Dr Heideman removed the old crown, printed a new one with his 3d printer and put the new one one in a couple of hours. Very High Tech and convenient. One visit instead of two. Great office!
I feel that your office was awesome. From the front desk staff to everyone in the back of the office. Everyone treated me like a human being & didn't look down on me for my problems. I also felt like Dr. Luth is just not in the business for the money that he really cares about his patients. That is a great relief. Thanks for a great experience.
