Poor organization. I had to change my appointment due to the storm last week so I wouldn't miss the appointment due to weather. I was a new patient coming in and it was important I make this appointment as my Rheumatologist wanted me to be seen by a neurologist. I then took off today to attend my appointment. The new appointment was not logged in the system and I was not able to be seen. Thanks for nothing.
