Made an appointment a few weeks ago to see Dr Ponce. I was asked if I had been out of the country. I explained I was a flight attendant and would be out of the country on a weekly basis. I was advised I would need a covid test upon returning and prior to the office visit which I did. I was told that a rapid result was acceptable. When I checked in and asked if I was out of the country I was told that since I was that I had to quarantine for 14 days. The way the secretaries speak to people who call is disgusting. If you don’t know how to act professionally in a professional environment then I suggest you find a different job or seek some psychiatric assistance for your issues.
Wonderful group of clinicians and support staff. Carol is super helpful and efficent, and Dr Davis is highly skilled, patient and talented. I am admittedly a very difficult patient, and present with not one, but three difficult problems which he has addressed methodically and carefully. I decided to switch neurologists to one closer to where I live. I saw one doctor and didn’t feel like my needs were met. I called to try to make an apppointment with a different doctor in the same practice and they told me I wasn’t allowed. Time to find a new office entirely 🙄
Dr. Matthew Davis and his staff are wonderful. There patience and understanding is outstanding. I would highly recommend Dr. Davis
