Great Doctor, HORRIBLE front desk! The doctor is a kind and patient doctor IF you can get in to see him. His answering service doesn't not keep appointments, doesn't follow through with insurance, doesn't call you if the Doctor's plans have changed, nothing. I needed an office visit note from 02/24 for a referred visit and I asked for it on 05/19. I'm still looking for that note as of 05/27. They even said we see you've called several times. I've asked to email it, fax it, nothing. They wont answer voicemails, they wont help... read more
Please do yourself a favor and find a doctor who is there to care for you. It’s called neurology headache and pain institute so why no empathy for patients who come in to get assistance. I have been to this office few years ago and the male doctor Chaghtai was not good at all, then recently I saw Devani and from the time she walked in was super cold, entitled and kept me waiting after 20 minutes for redoing my blood pressure. I want to begin with a big shout out to my rockstar Physical therapists, Rachelle and Taylor. For years, I suffered from debilitating migraines with vertigo that sometimes lasted for weeks. There were stretches when I could barely get out of bed.
