Honestly I don't know why people buy anything there. I live nearby and I've looked at their appliances several times, but their prices are nuts. It's scratch and dent or used stuff for prices that are barely cheaper or often more expensive than new. And their prices are non negotiable. You can often get a new one on sale at Home Depot for cheaper than a badly dented one at Neu. Went today to purchase a dishwasher. Zach was a tremendous help, greeted me as soon as I walked in, very professional and courteous. I myself am not an appliance guru, and other experiences I’ve had in the past, other stores tend to make me feel dumb when I ask about their products. Zach was very helpful and showed me directly to what I needed. I got in and out of there in 15 minutes. He even loaded it in my truck and tied it down for me.
