customer service! they go above and beyond expectations. far better than any other place I've been to. The inventory speaks for itself. They have a better selection than Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy combined.
My washer needed something fixed and since there is an initial warranty period on every item sold a technician was sent out ASAP to diagnose and resolve the issue. Ashton was friendly, professional, and able to work around my busy work schedule.
Just bought a fridge from these guys that was completely new, it only had a slight dent on the side which is invisible once the fridge was installed. Amazing service, amazing prices, I am definitely going back here to find the other appliances I need for my never-ending kitchen re-do. Delivery/installation guys were also awesome and super-informative. Only had to wait two days between purchase and delivery, as opposed to two weeks at Home Depot.
Amazing bunch of folks. They work very hard to satisfy your needs and if the equipment isn’t up to scratch they make it right. Will be using them again and again!
