I got a scratch/dent washer dryer and it wasn't a perfect product experience but it was a perfect customer service experience. The gentlemen who installed the appliances humped them up 2 flights of stairs and then found an issue when testing, so a technician was sent the next day to resolve. I don’t review a lot of businesses, but I’m impressed with Neu Appliances. The service technician that just left, Ash Allen, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my washer. Not only are they going to fix it, but they are going to extend my warranty. This business stands behind their word.

We are a returning Neu Appliances customer. We purchased a refrigerator in June and just this week we purchased a washing machine. Both times, the process was easy and painless. I chose to order my appliances over the phone rather than visiting the showroom. The pics they have online of their products are clear and accurate making it easy to know what I'm getting without making the trip in person.
