I have taken many hogs there over the years always did a great job and they make the best smoed sausage taste like my grandfathers in Georgia .ya'll have a blessed day.
My family and I took two show pigs that didn't make weight for our local fair to Nettles to be processed. We drove three hours there and back, the trip was well worth it! We will be making the trip again, and again!
We took 2 black hogs off to this place.. got fatback skins back and they was white and we was missin alot of meat that we had to take out of our own meats to replace and make it right for our customers... Called trying to get it fixed never got a call back.. its be over a month now.. we arent the only one that has had issues.. a friend of ours drove from Land O Lakes Fl all the way to Lake City Fl and missin meats as well.. didnt even get any bacon offof one of there pigs. We work to hard on our livestock to feed our familys... read more
I loved this Sausage so much I started to Sell it at my Nana's Eatery Concession Stand! In Bradenton,Florida. Just wish I could buy the #10boxes around here. I sell both the Mild and Hot! Very Delicious!!! So ever in the area stop by my stand. 7669 15th st E. Out by the airport.. And get a Nettles Sausage!!
Nettle use to also sell the fresh country pork sausage, does anyone know if they still make them and if so where can we find them.
