I live in Georgia and have had my share of "honest" sausage...the two mainstays in my refrigerator are Conecuh and Walter Parks "Homestyle" brands. Both of these are excellent. Stopped by my local Kroger today and saw that there was a brand that I was not aware of - Nettle's. Wow. My wife just left to pick up the remaining four packages that were on the shelf. Kudos to you and your employees on bringing back Southern memories!
Great place to make your meat purchases and they also have the best sausage.
