Buyers BEWARE! Staff processed two hogs from a youth livestock project. Admitted their freezers crashed. End result, two buyers end up with spoiled meat. Company refuses to make it right after being provided ample opportunity. Way to give back to the youth & community Nettles!
A friend of mine brought some of this sausage back from Florida after Christmas. Too bad it isn't available in NC. We ate the mild & it was delicious.
