Ken was an excellent agent in our home search, assisting us with the sale of our previous home as well as the purchase our current home. Ken advised us not only on our listing price, but was also very helpful in the proper staging of our home. We received offers on our home right away and Ken ensured we negotiated a reasonable price on our home given the market and comps for our area.
