My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Anne to purchase our first home. Anne is very professional, accommodating, and hardworking. She went above and beyond in every aspect. She was available on holidays, late night, and everything in between. She never made us feel pressured into buying a home or uncomfortable when we had 1000 questions. We cannot say enough positive things about her and our experience, which was anything but a quick sale. She is the best in the Charlotte area!!

Anne truly stands out in this industry. She's more than just a realtor. She seems to have a genuine love for helping people find their home. Anne really listened and took notes of likes/dislikes, wants vs needs, things that were most important to us. These exercises were not only important for her, they greatly helped my wife and I to be able to answer these things for ourselves. Anne is a great realtor to work with! She is very knowledgeable about the market as well as the entire process of buying or selling a property. Anne takes the time to listen to your goals and then helps you find what is right for you. Another thing that distinguishes Anne from other realtors is that she has a good understanding of not only the negotiation process but also the due diligence and closing process which is really critical. My wife and I have both enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her!
