I would highly recommend William to anyone looking for a Realtor in Charlotte. This year, William help me purchase a lakeside condo in Cornelius. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process, patient with all of my questions (I had never purchased a condo before). William delivered comps, HOA information, helped me locate an excellent mortgage team as well as a top notch closing attorney. We were able to close the deal within a month which allowed for plenty of time to enjoy the lake in the Summer.
William is a knowledgeable, dedicated, relentless professional that will do whatever it takes to get the job done! He helped us sell our home from across the country and kept us informed every step of the way.
Mel has helped us on 2 purchases and we intend to continue using his service in the future. Mel is very very responsive and hard working. He will schedule for us to see properties on short notice. He has taken us to see a lot of properties all over Charlotte. Sometimes if we can't go to see the property ourselves, he will go and do a preliminary screen to give us his take on it as well as providing us with more pictures.
