Anne is such a joy to work with! She made the complicated process of selling and buying simultaneously smooth and easy to navigate. She was in our corner the whole time and gave helpful advice each step of the way. We wouldn't have the ability to live where we do now if it weren't for her hard work!

I would highly recommend William to anyone looking for a Realtor in Charlotte. This year, William help me purchase a lakeside condo in Cornelius. He was extremely knowledgeable about the process, patient with all of my questions (I had never purchased a condo before). William delivered comps, HOA information, helped me locate an excellent mortgage team as well as a top notch closing attorney. We were able to close the deal within a month which allowed for plenty of time to enjoy the lake in the Summer.

Mel has helped us on 2 purchases and we intend to continue using his service in the future. Mel is very very responsive and hard working. He will schedule for us to see properties on short notice. He has taken us to see a lot of properties all over Charlotte. Sometimes if we can't go to see the property ourselves, he will go and do a preliminary screen to give us his take on it as well as providing us with more pictures. Couldn't ask for better service from an agent. I would highly recommend Mel.

Carmelo was great to work with. My brother and I were both coming from out of state and he made the whole experience so easy. He was great about finding place we described and moved quick when we made a decision. I would definitely work with Carmelo again.
