The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Dr Ness really knows his business and cares about his patients. He emphasizes non-pharmaceutical solutions whenever he can, and it is obvious he cares about his patients. I know from direct experience that he visits his patients if they are in the hospital. How many patients can say their GP does that?
