I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughter's well-being. Dr. Ness even made a home visit on a Sunday after my daughter's birth for her newborn check up. Dr. Ness's advice is always well-researched, presented reasonably, completely unbiased. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options especially the details of each vaccine. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was satisfied with my visit.
