I went in for a “Milbon” hair treatment and was immediately greeted by smiling and welcoming people. Nice! Joseph did the treatment and I can’t say enough about how amazing my hair feels. He explained each product to me in detail and I was very, very, very happy to finally find a hair professional who is extensively knowledgeable about hair, especially my very fine, damaged and lifeless hair. I travel from out of state to see Joseph for the Japanese Straightening...he's amazing.
Joseph is 100% a pro. Despite the fact that I needed to do a consult and straightening in the same say, he made sure to fit me in, so I'd be ready for my trip in a couple of weeks. He was very thorough (and cautious) while examining my previously treated hair to come up with a formula that wouldn't damage it!. I then decided at the last minute, my hair was long enough to donate so we chopped it off and his stylist (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!) did an amazing job with my cut. I love it. Run to get your hair Japanese straightened or thermally reconditioned as it should be called .It is life changing. My hair is silky shinny and smooth. This salon is amazing. I will never go any where else for my Japanese straightening.
