Updated Review 9/18/2025: Once again I'm writing another excellent review of Nero HVAC. I am so impressed by this company!!! From the Owner Steve to their excellent staff. Chris and Tony are the best!!! Reliable and quick to respond to any issue with courtesy and patience at all times. Nero came to my 2 family home , I had one gas hot water tank that leaked. (Old unit). Nero accessed this unit snd the 2nd floor gas hot water tank, snd professionally advised replacing both as I was unable to determine the actual age of the units. ( been here since 1985) I am happy to say the units were both replaced snd not even realizing how much more efficient snd how much I was only getting Luke warm water for years!
