I have been waiting for a return call from a "supervisor" of Nero ac heating to resolve a billing issue the issue is the misdiagnoses of the reason the boiler was failing to heat up. the tech had to call his '''supervisor" due to not knowing what to do after some minor cleaning maintenance then at that point he told me we needed a new gas valve but he got it to work but after a day it failed to heat NERO said 2 weeks before they would return to install a new gas valve and I needed heat at night so I called the Southern CT Ga... read more
J. Lupo did an excellent jot reinstalling the mini-split line cover after out siding contractors had removed it. His workmanship is outstanding- he's truly an artist. The lines are now neatly covered with a clean professional finish greatly improving the appearance of our home. Highly recommend!
