Very slow service because of several mistakes some understandable (replacement part was shipped broken) some less so (didn't have the right screw driver for a pretty common computer) , when I finally got it out of the shop the replacement part was not attached correctly and was the wrong part for the computer. Overcharged too, especially considering the speed bumps.
They’re amazing!
Since we began using Nerds to Go our IT operations have improved significantly. They are very attentive and quick to respond to both emergent and non emergent issues. The entire staff from the owner to the support team are wonderful and very knowledgeable.
I was in the middle of moving back to MA and my shipping carrier damaged my PC. Matt was super communicative as I initially had to go out of state a few days after dropping off the machine. My motherboard, RAM, and GPU had to be replaced. My computer runs great and it was repaired in about two weeks with Memorial Day weekend included. I would recommend Nerds to Go and if I need anything I will be back in the future. PS- UPS paid my full claim covering the internal damage.
