Outstanding Service from Nerds To Go in Franklin, MA! I had an excellent experience with Nerds To Go in Franklin, MA! Their team set up a Wi-Fi mesh system for me, configured my business email accounts, and also set up and manage a domain name for me. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The team at Nerds To Go went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. If you need expert IT support, I highly recommend them.
(Edit: Not) Competent, but slow and VERY pricy. The charging port on my laptop had broken, and the W key had come off, so I wanted both fixed. They charge a $60 flat fee upfront, that is then applied to the cost of labor, which I was fine with. I had the replacement key already, and they had me pay for the replacement charging port before they ordered it ($30), so, over two weeks later, when they called me and told me it was ready, I was expecting to have to pay, at most, an extra $50 or so, as replacing keys takes minutes i... read more
