(Edit: Not) Competent, but slow and VERY pricy. The charging port on my laptop had broken, and the W key had come off, so I wanted both fixed. They charge a $60 flat fee upfront, that is then applied to the cost of labor, which I was fine with. Matt was extremely patient and knowledgeable when I needed a new security system and explained my pc soft ware was too old to install the recommended system. Kevin agreed and Matt ordered a new pc , installed and transferred my information . Service was prompt . Communication with Nerds to Go was efficient and Matt kept me well informed. I highly recommend their services
