Dr Holt deserves a 5 but whoever is in charge of setting up doctor ordered tests needs a 0. Dr Holt ordered an additional infusion and of course we would use Parkridge as we had many times before. The staff called and wanted to set us up with Erlanger. We requested to stay at Parkridge. The woman we spoke to wasn’t happy about that decision.
