The Best Salon!! I have been going to this salon for a couple years and would never think about going anywhere else! My stylist, Brittney, always does an amazing job on the color and cut. The owner of the salon, Laura, is wonderful and always there to greet you with a smile! I recommend this salon to all my friends and family!
NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN!!! I just had my hair done at Neo Bella and saw a very sweet and charming stylist named Renee. She gave the best mens haircut I've ever had. The fade was perfect the whole way up and she showed me how to style it to look that good on my own. She showed me the best product to use ( not the most expensive) and was also treated very nice by the owner Laura when I was leaving. I cant wait to see them all again!!!!
Happy to make the switch! I had been going to a Salon Chain for several years, prices went up, service went down. I was waiting longer and longer in between appointments due to the price and dreading going back. My husbands co-worker recommended Brittany and Neo Bella. I had my first appointment yesterday, but it will not be my last! Brittany was great, very friendly and nice. Blonder and Better than Ever! I have been to many upscale salons in my life, and I have always colored my hair. Neo Bella has the most upbeat, personable and accommodating owner I have ever met. I go to Niki who takes the time to ask questions to get you what you're looking to achieve in your hair style. ( You're the Best!!!) I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go.
BEST SALON IN NAPERVILLE I love this salon! My stylist, Brittany, is THE BEST!! I love the way she does my blonde hair, even though I have well-water, my color is NEVER BRASSY!! The new color is AWESOME! Best blonde I ever had. It is soft, with wonderful blonde tones!! The staff is friendly and accommodating! The atmosphere is comforting and relaxing. After a long day at work, I look forward to going to the salon & relaxing. They serve wine and welcome me with open arms.
Best Haircut in my Life! I just moved to Naperville and was lucky to find Neo Bella Salon. My stylist, Nevena, is simply the best I've ever worked with. She was very precise with my wavy hair and delivered a look I've never been fortunate to experience before. I will gladly recommend Nevena and Neo Bella to everyone I meet! Neo Review I like this salon. Nice job on cut, style & color. I am a little disappointed in the new color product they use. It has a VERY strong smell and color doesn't last as long. I don't know why they switched, since the other product worked GREAT and my hair looked and felt better. If I find a salon that carries the former product, I'd switch salons; otherwise, I'll keep going here. If you just want a salon for just hair cuts, I would definately recommend this salon.
Proceed with caution I had a bad color experience (worst ever)! I have no respect for the stylist because she wouldn't even "fess up" that she made a terrible mistake. Also, she was VERY slow with both cut and the color. I don't have all day to waste sitting in a salon. A few other employees told me what happened with the color screw up and tried their best to fix it. That colorist was polite and explained all options...did a good job.
