New to Naperville Having just moved here from Florida I was a little scared to try a new salon. I am so thrilled that I found Neo Bella!!! The staff is friendly, and Katie is wonderful. She really made me feel comfortable, and did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. She certainly has a new client!!

I Love Neo Bella! I am so happy that I found Neo Bella Salon! They have a professional and friendly staff, and you can get a great cut and color at a reasonable price. I've also treated myself to the occasional pedicure, and those are wonderful, too.
Bikini Service Had the worst bikini service that my skin peeled and took days to heal. Because of this experience, I will never return and will not recommend the salon if asked.
Bad Experience – My sister went to this salon shortly after we moved to the area. She went in and was ignored for more than 15 minutes sitting in Robert's chair. He then refused to tell her how long he had been in the business and was quite frankly rude. Long story short, he messed up the color and instead of apologizing played it off like it's 'all that could possibly be done.' Highly Recommend Oh, where to begin! There are so many wonderful things about Neo Bella Salon. First, I'm am a real stickler for customer service and the staff here really shines! From the appointment reminder phone call to Laura's cheery face at the desk offering you coffee to walking out with a great cut/color. My two daughters and I all see Brittany.
