Neo Bella Salon is #1 for Customer Service! When I first got to Neo Bella I was not sure about the place because of the location. When I entered the door, I was really surprised at the quality of customer service. Laura makes everyone feel important, comfortable, and by the end of the visit, you just don't want to leave. Neo Bella Salon is okay I agree that the prices are on the higher end. My service was good and I also agree I'm not sure how much I like the new color line. The owner and staff are very friendly, which is great. However, the salon itself is dusty and dirty. Usually salons that charge upwards of $ 160 for highlights and cut are nice. I'm never going anywhere else! I've been getting my hair cut at Neo Bella for several years, and am always satisfied. Renee does a fantastic job, and everyone in the salon is always warm and friendly. Laura, the owner, has years of salon experience and it shows in her knowledge and professionalism. Little things, like always calling ahead to confirm the appointment, and offering to take my coat when I walk in the door, make the difference. I can get a haircut anywhere -- but I always get what I pay for at Neo Bella.
Great avordable place for a hair makeover I love this place. I am from Houston Texas and was visiting Naperville due to my husbands office job. I found the salon very friendly and the hair stylist Katie really listened to how I wanted my hair cut. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.
nice place i came across neo bella salon when i was in town for work and needed a haircut on short notice. i was really surprised at how attentive and friendly the staff was with me even though i was just a walk-in. if i lived in the area i would go back if not just for the great service, but the girl with dark hair who was doing nails was gorgeous in my opinion.
Always a great experience at Neobella Salon I have been going to Neobella Salon for about 4 years now and have always received such friendly and personalized service. I always enjoy talking to the staff with my freshly brewed cup of coffee. I have recommended them to my friends and family and I definitely think you should try it out.
The Best Salon!! I have been going to this salon for a couple years and would never think about going anywhere else! My stylist, Brittney, always does an amazing job on the color and cut. The owner of the salon, Laura, is wonderful and always there to greet you with a smile! I recommend this salon to all my friends and family!
NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN!!! I just had my hair done at Neo Bella and saw a very sweet and charming stylist named Renee. She gave the best mens haircut I've ever had. The fade was perfect the whole way up and she showed me how to style it to look that good on my own. She showed me the best product to use ( not the most expensive) and was also treated very nice by the owner Laura when I was leaving. I cant wait to see them all again!!!!
Happy to make the switch! I had been going to a Salon Chain for several years, prices went up, service went down. I was waiting longer and longer in between appointments due to the price and dreading going back. My husbands co-worker recommended Brittany and Neo Bella. I had my first appointment yesterday, but it will not be my last! Brittany was great, very friendly and nice.
