Nemet nissan was the best dealer that i have come across yet. The phone operator transfered me directly to a manager who rolled out the red carpet. I got all the information i wanted and they showed me all of the options i needed. when i went in the process was confortable and fun. I went to nemet because I heard they had a huge selection, which is exactly what I needed. I buy used cars, always have. I don't see the point in buying new cars, but usually dealerships have very few 'good' used ones to choose from. I've been ripped off many times in the past so I was a bit jaded when I went to nemet. I had been through the process over a half a dozen times and I knew what to expect from car dealerships and I wasn't about to get taken advantage of (again). Good customer service. I was looking for a 2008 Nissan Murano and I saw Nemet had it on their website. The sales guy I think his name was Steve was great. He came down on the price and gave me some extras like free oil changes in the deal. He didn¿t try to talk me into a new model or anything else I didn¿t want. I definitely recommend them.

TOTALLY DISHONEST. Added extra fees to the final invoice and jacked up the intrest rate, that was after adding $1,000 to the sales tax. From the owner, the manager all the way down to the salesmen & the finance officer, they look at you in amazement if you question their errors. Manager eventually told me it was the only way to make money on the deal...

the best service department there is. i dealt directly with the manager wayne and he answered all my questions and gave me a great deal. now i will buy my next car there because of the service department works closely with sales. they are right next door and i shopped for a car while mine was being serviced
