So far I've had a great experience with Nemet! You guys helped me get the perfect car (thanks Noel!) and when I've brought it in for service, the experience has been great as well! LaToya and Marcia have been great to me with the time that I've brought my car in!

Terrible service and mechanics will be calling the better business bureau. I would give the service and car dealership zero stars but u can't. Disgusting. Beware before bring your car here. The manager wane put his hands in my face like he was going to hit me . He charged us a lot of money cause our airbag sign went on. He said due to stretches that was the reason. Please repost! I will be contacting better business bureau. What a rip off and shitty ass job. Horrible workers lazy took them 9hrs to "fix" my car
You guys have really terrible service. I called to make an appointment for a warranty issue with my 2015 Genesis Tires along with oil change. came in, waited for 2 and a half hours just for them to tell me that they don't have the tires and they have to order it and call me back to come in another time. So i waited 2 & 1/2 hours for a oil change. This dealer is not that convenient for me to just pop in any time. Very disappointing.
