This place is absolutely horrible. Please save yourself the stress and frustration and get your car fixed somewhere else. My 2013 Hyundai Sonata LTD experienced engine failure due to the recall on this particular model. I immediately contacted the nearest Hyundai Service location in September 2016, which happened to be 153-12 Hillside Ave Jamaica, NY 11432 I was told that I could tow my car to the service center, however it would not be looked at until a week and a half late...Continue Reading
Got my third car from here. The only thing I don't like is the service center. Don't understand why they charge so much to look at a problem ... if you got an iPhone sue with your car. Go to your local mechanic first. Otherwise they are great in finding you the best deals
Terrible customer service, especially after you've purchased a car! It's been 5 months and I still cannot cancel and get my warranty refund because they keep giving me the run around. The warranty dept doesn't return your calls, answers the phone or it seems like the person your looking for is always on vacation... NEMET HYUNDAI IS A DEALERSHIP THAT STANDS EXACTLY FOR THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT THEY'RE SUPPOSE TO "PRIDE" THEMSELVES IN -- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Nemet service is outstanding! They took my car in at the time that I was assigned and shortly thereafter the mechanic took me for a ride in my car and pointd out an issue with my breaks. He was honest enough to tell me that I needed work, but not right at this moment and that it could wait a few months. Needless to say that I was happy to hear that. I travel a good distance to have my car worked on at Nemet and am quite satisfied with the quality of work that they perform and the professionalism of their staff.

This place is f****** joke I'm been here 7am brought it in for a little rattling sound. At1pm came to find out my car was in the lot since 8 a.m. I talk to one of the workers he don't know what's going on so I made big f****** scene. After all that about 1 o'clock car on the rack job was not finished about 4 p.m.
