As a RETIRED MECHANIC from the City of New York, I find that Kia makes great vehicles, but..... The Nemet Dealership on Hillside Ave. in Queens, charges Top Dollar for Repairs & Service, but the Mechanics do a HALF-ASS Job repairing your vehicle. Let me tell you, I would not bring me vehicle there for Service, Find another Dealer!
The staff is great. Know them for over 20 years. If there is anything anybody needs just ask for Sharon or Scott. They are the best.
Took hours to get car Salesman terrible not helpful at all had to get 2nd key on my own at separate site Car already has problem and this dealership does not offer appointments so must go to another dealership that offers appointments. Do not go here!
Do not buy a car from this place. Terrible experience. Will never go back.
