I love that Dr Nelson cares about the ease his patients feel. He has trained a therapy dog named Magnus. What a gentle dog he is. He comes around to the patients that want him just to ease dental tension. Dr Nelson’s hygienist’s are the best! This is a gentle dentist office that feels more like I am going to a friends to visit.
Like every other time in the past, my visit to Dr, Nelson yesterday went perfect. Friendly reception lady, (Mary) sorted out some insurance details for me which was a BIG help. My tech (Gabrielle) was delightful. I avoid dentists as a rule. Not the case with Dr. Nelson. I always have confidence that he and his crew will take good care of me from start to finish. They care about their patients like family.
Dr Nelson is a fantastic dentist. His office staff are very professional, fun, pleasant and outgoing. I highly recommend his practice.
It's always a pleasure to visit there practice, Dar my hygienist is very kind and through, Dr. Nelson is Awesome, and his assistants really know what they are doing, and Mary & Kelly at the desk are kind and Awesome at Scheduling and Billing, never any issues! I highly recommend them if you are lucky enough to become a client at Nelson Family Dentistry

I feel welcomed as into my family every time I return for my cleaning. I have confidence with the thoroughness of the cleaning and assessment that my teeth are in good shape. They will mentor me on things I can improve with my personal care. I just love my visits. I get a real kink out of a sign in the waiting area "4 out of 5 dentist recommend hockey" LOL
Very good very consistently
We have been with Nelson Family Dentistry for a number of years now. Previously, we had been with another dentist who retired and we were not happy with his successor. In fact, our favority hygenist had left to work for Dr. Nelson. We already knew Dr. Nelson and liked him as he had worked with our retired dentist. When we discovered our favorite hygenist was working for Dr. Nelson, it was a no-brainer. My husband and I transferred to Nelson Family Dentisty and have been happy with our decision.
I visited Dr. Nelson’s office for the very first time today and treated very respectfully. He and his staff patiently explained my procedure and so grateful my questions were answered. I am thankful for the 2nd opinion Dr. Nelson offered and feel confident he has my best interest at heart. (For a future procedure I learned implants are all conveniently done at his office.)
