Dar is absolutely the best. I always go with her when my regular 6 month cleaning/exam is accomplished.
I was scheduled for several procedures and my car would not start. Mary came and picked me up and later returned me home. Service above and beyond! The procedures went well too.
You are welcomed from the moment you walk-in the door. Everyone you come in contact with on the staff is caring and happy to see you. Going to the dentist can be stressful but not there.
Most people don't like going to the dentist. I don't have a problem going. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
Best experience I had going to the dentist. They listen to your concerns and reply with options. Gentle cleaning.
I have learned a lot while visiting my hygienist on how I can best clean my teeth between visits. Such as using a waterpik, to start from the back of the teeth first because you work longer when you start. Same goes for brushing. She even offered me a blanket for more comfort. What I am saying is the entire staff is most kind and wants to be accommodating as well as educators for better oral health.
I absolutely love Dr. Nelson's front office staff, dental techs and assistants, and his warm, gregarious and gentle manner. Everyone is caring and knowledgeable, yet no-nonsense in maintaining good oral health care in a relaxed atmosphere. I've never felt hurried and get all of my concerns met and questions answered. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson for all ages and those, particularly, who have anxiety or fears around dental care.
Wait times are always an issue in the medical field. At Dr. Nelson's office I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes (unless I am quite early and then the fault is mine). Cheers for a well run office!
