I have learned a lot while visiting my hygienist on how I can best clean my teeth between visits. Such as using a waterpik, to start from the back of the teeth first because you work longer when you start. Same goes for brushing. She even offered me a blanket for more comfort. What I am saying is the entire staff is most kind and wants to be accommodating as well as educators for better oral health.
I absolutely love Dr. Nelson's front office staff, dental techs and assistants, and his warm, gregarious and gentle manner. Everyone is caring and knowledgeable, yet no-nonsense in maintaining good oral health care in a relaxed atmosphere. I've never felt hurried and get all of my concerns met and questions answered. I highly recommend Dr. Nelson for all ages and those, particularly, who have anxiety or fears around dental care.
Wait times are always an issue in the medical field. At Dr. Nelson's office I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes (unless I am quite early and then the fault is mine). Cheers for a well run office!

Best dentist office ever. I wish my friend Pat would have told me years earlier about Nelson Family Dentistry. Staff is great. I haven’t been sent anywhere else because they have all the updated equipment. No waiting either. If I had gone here I would’ve had all the issues with the last place and run around with two years of pain. Thanks to Nelson Family Dentistry in Fairwood I’m doing great!
