Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time.
