No, they were fully staffed Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Does this dermatologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

SIx family members of various ages have been patients of Dr. Nelson for years. Dr. Nelson and his office staff have excellent patient interaction skills. My entire family would highly recommend Dr. Nelson.

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
