There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not.
