Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Completely! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I am always well taken care of and at ease with Dr. Nelson. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. His staff is very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider always put the customer first?
