I am very happy, heck the salesman Glenn dropped my car off later in the day. I bought a used car that needed to be run through the clean-up process and so forth. Granted I live close to where he does, but geez, it saved me a trip from Westerville to Marysville the following day. Please do not expect the same treatment, though maybe you will get it.
Always curtious, right in and back out with my service with no issues.
By far one of the easiest buying car process ever. Shawn made sure there was no BS straight to the point. Loved it and love my first ever Jeep.
Highly disappointed in this business . My son had his car in for a Diagnostics check due to his check engine light. They ran the diagnostic and then began to take his car apart without his consent , charging him to put his car back . ALL he wanted was them to run the codes . NOT dig into for repairs that he DID not authorize . Would not recommend this dealership AT ALL .
I was very happy with the used vehicle I purchased, but had a couple of little issues with the customer service. After talking with them they generously took care of my little issues and were very helpful once made aware of the situation. I would recommend anyone to buy a car here. Glenn "Sarge" is a very helpful salesman and just a great guy to talk with!
Had a great repair & oil change experience! They even completed a recall on the air bag system that we had been waiting on in Indiana for several years. Great job!
Horrible response time ....my wife have been dealing with these assholes since august of last year for a paint defect repair. I wouldn't recommend buying water from these clowns. If having issues report them to Chrysler HQ in Pontaic, Michigan... trust me I have already, and plan on it again tomorrow! What a joke....
Fed up with their service dept. I was in two months ago for an oil change and to pick up a replacement gas cap cover. Instead of doing what I asked they took it upon themselves to remove the existing gas cap seal leaving me with a jacked up looking cover. I still haven't heard from them. Two months!!! I can't even put the factory gas cap set up back on now that I don't have the damn seal. Instead of going back a third time for the same damn problem I'm ordering a replacement seal and moving on.
