I took my truck in for a recall was told I would have a vehicle to drive home. That didn’t happen they offered to take me home I said ok that will work then he says can we use your vehicle to take you home. Really that’s just wrong I called my wife at work she came and got me and took me home.

RecommendedAnyone that needs a new vehicle definitely need to visit this car lot. Ask for James Burns and Christine Clabaugh, they are awesome answered any questions about the vehicles I was interested in let you look around on your own. Ended up purchasing a new vehicle and they made it so comfortable went over every piece of paperwork and the transition of the purchase was breeze. I have had 3 different vehicles worked on at Coughlin Chrysler. Excellent service interaction. Excellent work.
Another satisfying purchase with Shawn Wood at Coughlin Ram. They have assembled a great team there including sales, service and parts. This is the third Ram truck I have purchased there. A true five star rating.
I won't buy a vehicle anywhere else. All the team members are friendly and greet you when you walk through the door. Randy and Kendall are awesome, as well as the Service department. The overall service is outstanding.
I worked with both James (salesman) & Shawn (sales manager) and had a outstanding experience. Like no other car buying experience I've ever had. Purchased a new 2019 Ram Rebel (loaded) from them and they even went out of there way to locate me one out of the state.
