Very loud and too crowded for my taste. Every was nice however and no management issues. Saturday night was too much for me.
It was awesome that they were showing hocus pocus, but they were way understaffed. Management just stood in the back and didn't seem to want to help the server. It took 20 minutes to finally get a server (after asking twice) and 45 minutes to get the drink delivered from the server. It wasn't that busy either. Ridiculous that no one was helping him. I love the food and events here - but it shouldn't take so long. My friends ended up going to the bar and were served immediately. �
I went for the Drag Queen Brunch and I can say it was AWESOME ! Everything was "on point" - from the seating parties together, getting the tastey, hot food and moving the buffet line long and the attentiveness of the staff!! And of course the ENTERTAINMENT WAS THE BEST!!! THE CELEBS! MUSIC! ENTHUSIASM! OUTFITS! ENERGY!! I'LL BE BACK!
Staff is always great! Frank could almost pass as a top!
Cool setting to go to. But I've been calling since 10:30am on an urgent matter, left a message and nobody seems to call me back or answer the phone.
Best place ever������� I will go again and again I had soooooo much fun and the food off the chain.
I can't comment on the service because we waited 45 minutes and we still hadn't had anyone serve us. ALL BAD.
Rude Staff, they just treat you like nothing and yelled with customers
I found that the waiter were nice the bar tender at the bottom floor he wasn't very friendly. The communication felt forced. I'm not talking forced talking about our life. Taking my order felt like pulling teeth he barely looked at me or even said his name. This encounter quickly felt familiar but most importantly the ambiance felt clickish!
