My husband and I just bought a CX-9 from Micah Cross. He was very helpful and courteous! He took the time to explain how many things worked inside the car prior to us leaving. We did have to wait quite a while because there were several customers in front of us but I guess that is to be expected. I absolutely love my new car! Have gotten many compliments so far!! Thanks for the help!
Not very impressed with this place. Test drove a used Elantra, was weird they wouldn’t let my boyfriend test drive it, any other dealership would let him... came back two days later to buy the car called and someone told us they do have it and we can come see it again, well got there and had to wait since they were so busy and waited about 20-30 mins which was fine but then was told they had already sold it. Very poor communication among staff I guess and having to drive 40 minutes out there just to go back home is not very ... read more
My wife and I recently purchased a MX 5 Club in Ceramic Metallic with the Cherry roof and the BBS/Brembo/Recaro package and could not be happier with the car. What a fantastic color combination. Our salesman Dylan was great, (we test drove two cars) as well as everyone on the sales staff. This is my second new car purchase from Neil Huffman Mazda, and as usual, I received outstanding customer service.
The service department was very friendly. However, apparently I look poor because I walked the lot for 45 minutes and no one came to talk to me. Kinda feel offended. I am looking to purchase the Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring. Guess they missed this sell—I’ll take my business to Oxmoor Mazda!
The gentleman that helped me wasn’t the most friendly. But at the end the lady who did the final paperwork was very friend her name was Erin I believe and she was very nice and very sweet. With it being my first time buying she was very encouraging and made me feel great about my purchase
Christopher was wonderful & the whole staff was very helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks to all the Neil Huffman team.
