This has got to be the worst dealership in all of Kentucky, Bought a car from them that had so many issues I can't even list them all. They did step up and fix a couple of them, but was so many I got tired of calling them about it. Bought the car in March of 2018, and it stayed in the shop more than at my house. Now that the nightmare is over and I've gotten rid of it, I can't get Neil Huffman to return my phone calls about canceling the extended warranty I purchased when I bought the car..which didn't cover ANY of the issue... read more
Terrible service. We spoke with Earl about getting a car there. So, we drove 3 hours to get this car and they sold it when we were less than a mile away. We called well in advance. Let them know where we were and was communicating the whole time. They have no integrity. Had no intentions of making it right or selling us another car with the same deal. We will definitely not be doing business with them ever.
RecommendedWe went in on a Friday evening with the intention of viewing one vehicle we had seen online. Micah was our salesman, and he was wonderful. He wasn't pushy, he didn't interrupt myself or my husband, and he let us take control of our experience. We purchased the one vehicle we came in to view, in part because we never felt any sort of pressure from anyone. I bought a car from them a year ago. 10 months in I had to pay for a battery. Now it’s been a year in 8 months and I’ve gotta get a new car trunk latch. The warranty that they stressed that I should get doesn’t cover it. So I feel like I’ve gotten tricked worse service ever.
Micah did a great job, explaining, chatting, and getting his big o body in the backseat to show us how much leg room there was!!!
I had been looking at cars at several different lots over the past two weeks. After spending hours in other dealerships with sales people trying to up-sell me I went to Neil Huffman Mazda and worked with Micah Cross, who listened to exactly what I wanted and didn't try to pressure or push me toward more expensive vehicles. The process took 2 hours total including the test drive. It was the most awesome car buying experience I have ever had!
