Milena Hendrick was my salesperson and made the process seamlessly easy. Her professionalism as well as congenial personality eased my process immensely. I wish all automobile purchasing experiences could be as easy and enjoyable as this one was. Jessica and Sherry both in business and finance have also been swift and precessional and kind. 5 out of 5 rating. If there were a 5+ I would give it that! BEWARE - bait and switch!!! Drove from Cincinnati to buy a car from them. We went over every detail, and I asked them to review the listing and make sure it had everything listed, sales person sat in the car and reviewed the items for me. Showed up and it didn’t have the moonroof that was listed on website and covered on the phone!! Car had 3k more miles than listing! First time having my vehicle worked on there. They were amazing. Skippy was great to work with. He was so good I cannot praise him enough! I was hesitant to come by myself being a woman. Oh no.. no worries there they do not try to sell you anything you don’t need!!! Simply awesome!! Everyone was kind, friendly and just inviting! Great team!!
