RecommendedI talked with Tyler and Victoria via text and email. Both were very nice. Tyler was off and Victoria was busy so I was sent to Earl Drake. All of the staff was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you all again.
Found a vehicle online and contacted them about it.. Did everything online and just picked up the vehicle. Very good experience. The vehicle and price was exactly what they had advertised and the staff was very friendly. Thank you Tyler, Shawn, Matt and Victoria for a smooth and honest transaction. We are loving the new Mazda 3 hatchback!!! Recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate in dealing with and buying a car from them.
I have had to come out here five times now to get a temp tag because they lost the title to my car! This is ridiculous! Won't purchase from here again.
You all did my son Brandon Abell like crap today.. I can’t believe you charged him $200 to look at his car and put some duct tape on it..!!! 😳🤬.... update:... spoke w/ the GM, he said he was gonna fix things & the part was gonna be on them..., part came in yesterday, went to pick up & BAM 💥... No I do not recommend Neil Huffman my son has a 1992 Mazda it had a air leak by the air filter the rubber hose they wrap duct tape around it charged him $200 and then charged him another $75 for the part that they’re not even going to install but he has to do himself so he basically paid $275 for some duct tape no I do not recommend Neil Huffman you guys Should be Shamed of yourself... nobody in their right mind would pay almost $200 to have a service technician wrap duct tape around a rubber hose..,

Worst experience EVER. You name it, it’s happened. Not very friendly and don’t care of ur happy or not. 😠😡
We have had our car for over 8 weeks. We are driving with an expired temp tag and still don’t have our title to our vehicle. We’ve tried to contact them and have gotten no response. The issues we’ve had with the dealership are numerous and it would be hard to recommend anyone to this specific dealership. I messaged them this morning and they said someone would contact me, haven’t heard from anyone. I’ve tried calling and have gotten no answer from anyone!
