My husband and I worked with the Neil Huffman in Clarkvillle In , we worked with Yusel Esparza and where very happy. They where reasonable and honest. They were willing to work with you to get what you want. They didn't play games it was a nice change from previous experiances in Louisville. Definitly worth the drive.
I bought a car at the Neil Huffman Nissan that is now Jeff Wyler Nissan. I got the dent and ding protection offered from Huffman. I started calling back in December to get information about it. I'm told by the corporate office to contact the Acura store and they will take care of everything. I contacted them today. Talked to 2 people today and they had no clue what I was wanting to do. POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!!! On evening of 12/2 emailed regarding vehicle on their website and and another car sales website. On 12/3 I exchanged multiple emails with Brittany regarding the vehicle not being ready for viewing yet and she would notify as soon as it was. On 12/6 received follow up from Brittany stating that vehicle was ready. So far so good right? Well.... They increased the price 43% from the time it was listed until they had it ready for viewing. I just bought a 2013 Honda Civic from Kevin Tow. He was very informative and a great saleman. If he did not know my answers he would find them out. Very personable I dreaded dealing with a car dealership, but to my surprise all went very smooth, and for once I was not overwhelmed. Cameron was fantastic and very straight forward with the finances. All over experience a five star. I look forward to doing business with Neil Huffman in the future. Go Kevin!
Did the online chat today with an Internet consultant yesterday about two TDI Jettas and they never got me the info I requested! It's 939PM the day after and still no info. We were ready to buy one of the two cars we listed but this is not a dealership that will receive any of my money if they don't have the courtesy to even follow up with me! Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with!
