Neil Huffman of Frankfort sell Titan XD with a Cummins Diesel engines, but refuse to do any warranty or recall work. I bought my truck about a year ago and I met the service manager at the time and I thought all was good. They knew at the time of sale that they could not work on my vehicle because they don’t nor have a desire to get a diesel tech. I called Nissan of North America they told me just go somewhere else.
Ok, so I had some issues with my new CR V that Honda refused to acknowledge as a factory defect (it happens). Neil Huffman Honda went above and beyond to make things right for us. Thank you to Kameron and Kevin from sales. Scott, Jay, Adam and Lin from service, you guys rock! The Huffman family apparently has several dealerships representing different manufacturers. No matter my next car choice looks like they have it covered, and that’s where I’ll be.. thanks again guys!!

So I had an issue about a week ago. Needless to say that I was not a happy person. When I brought it to their attention. The response was like almost to good to be true.. They treated the issue like it was their personal issue and corrected it. Not only did they fix the issues they created. In addition they fixed eye sore for me on my car.. JUST WANTED TO SAY THANK YOU!
I bought a Ford F350 and was the worst experience I have had trying to buy a car. Tripp Davis was impossible to deal with. After agreeing on a price for the truck he would not take the truck off the lot saying that it was still for sale. I had to work until the weekend and could not make it there. He told me to to just call Friday and see if they have sold it. Thursday before getting it on Saturday he wanted me to send a deposit that night to hold it. Would NEVER buy another car from this dealership ever again!!!!!.. Bought a car, the next day started having issues was told to bring it in so I did, was called a few hours later letting me know that it had been fixed and was ready for pickup, was told if I had any more problems to let them know, called back let them know the issue wasn't fixed, took the car back up there it sat for 4 days, no communication about what was going on with it, if it had been looked at or not, needless to say it hadn't.. went and picked it up..
