A big shout out to Micah and Kevin for assisting me through the most painless and unstressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Micah was helpful in letting me know what I could afford and finding me a car within my budget. Kevin was prompt in picking my car up from the Frankfort dealership and getting it delivered to me. Neil Huffman is the best hands down!
Larry and Lance were wonderful people to work with; would recommend these guys any time. they worked tirelessly to get me the vehicle we wanted. everything was done by email and phone; identified the vehicle I wanted on Monday morning and by noon had agreed to purchase sight unseen (fantastic prices!) paperwork was prepared Monday afternoon and picked up vehicle on Monday night! Would definitely do business with them again!!!
Sales team was nice even though management didn’t want to help drop the price dude to damage hidden on the vehicle. Also, they need to replace their detailing team. The detail work was awful.
Needing a new car go down to Huffman and ask for Dylan ray Webb he will get you in something nice for the right price today!!!

Well, I did it, bought the car I’ve always wanted and Neil Huffman Automotive help me. I will never be able to say Thank you enough for all your help. Thank you Kameron and the entire Huffman crew.
We bought a car from here a few years ago. Once it was paid off, they sent a lien release. However, because the release wasn't notorized, the DMV won't accept it. We have been trying for over 60 days to get them to rectify this issue. We have called at least 10 times in that time frame looking for someone who will take care of this for us. We keep getting passed around until someone finally sends us to a voicemail to leave a message that is never returned. Judging by the other reviews, this seems to be the trend with them. Do not ever buy a car from this place. Awful customer service. Awful management. They don't know how to properly run a business.
