The salesman that I had spoken with before I went to the dealership, as well as the salesman that helped me at the dealership were both very reasonable, realistic, and accommodating. This review is of no reflection on either of them. The reason why this review is negative is because I did not appreciate that my keys were being held from me so that I could not leave. In two years of having it I have had to spend money that I didn’t have at the time to get it fixed and I just feel like I shouldn’t have to do that yet. I’m so stressed about paying all this money and it’s not even like worth it.

Called to just get keys made and. recieved half of price for service, transfered , put on hold. then it hung up after a long wait. they seem too busy for my business and time. Happy to see this now, rather than spending any money there and then realizing it.
RecommendedI like that you have access to vehicles at all of their locations and not just one store. Don Ray helped us locate a vehicle at another location and brought it to Frankfort for us to see. My daughter loved it and we bought it hassle free.
