Received excellent customer service from Steve when my tire light came on in my 6 month old Routon
Very satisfied with the last service and the prior one. Customer service is always outstanding. Appreciate the follow up calls to make sure that everything is ok with the car after service.
We are so glad we switched from VW dealer in Van Nuys to the one in Thousand Oaks for our repairs. They even fixed recall installations that were done wrong by the Van Nuys dealership.Our customer service rep. is also a very nice man and very helpful.
They have some great cars here. The salesmen who was helping us was very helpful and friendly.
John at Neftin mazda was not high pressure at all. He was very nice to work with; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, he took care of everything and made sure the was ready to go when promised. John was knowledgeable in the options available on the Mazda we wanted. The whole process went very quickly, probably because John was so organized. He is a good reflection of how the Neftin dealership operates.
I purchased my car from the Neftin Westlake. The service that I was given at this dealership was great. John answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Neftin if you are interested in purchasing a car.
