I had an emergency visit tonight as my dog Ollie got a bone lodged in his mouth and under his jaw . I was in a state of panic . I called and they said to bring him in right away . Dr. Kathy is fantastic- she stayed there until I came in - took the time to talk with me and explain what she was going to do . She made me feel so much better. She was able to cut the bone and remove it . A huge thank you to Dr. Kathy and the entire staff for helping me and my beloved dog Ollie tonight �. I am so grateful for all of your help !
So yesterday Charlie had a very scary trip to the emergency room due to an upper respiratory infection- I was absolutely devastated when my usual veterinary clinic told me they couldn't take him in and I panicked. I called about 5 other places and everyone turned me away due to him being a previous stray and a "new patient" without an appointment all while explaining to me that he was in need of immediate care. I recently moved to this area and am so grateful the Neffsville Veterinary Clinic was recommended to me by my previous vet. The docs and staff are wonderful .Carmie had his first "beauty parlor "trip yesterday and a big shout out to Margaret for the terrific job she did. He looks great and smells even better!!!
My 112 pound lab mix tore his ACL by hurling his big fat body out of the (parked) car without waiting for me to open the back door. Dr. Sloyer repaired the ACL, and the subsequent implant crack, and then the other ACL when it tore. I feel like I've been living in their office. They let Bailey take his unicorn security toy back with him to surgery and took just as good care of it as they took of my dog. The facility itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff that I interacted with were all great. Front desk, nurses (Becca) and Wayne (pet resort) - they all get two thumbs up. Their business manager is heartless. I asked if I could have my cat seen for a semi-urgent visit but could they hold on to my check or bill me JUST THIS ONE TIME. Oh nooooooooooooo. We can't do that. This visit was a good one, short wait , Dr. Kathy is very nice and good at what she does, took my dog in because he was limping, she was thorough on her diagnosis ,and my dog is feeling better just one day after visit. Ty again😁
