I am so glad we found Neffsville Vetrinary Clinic. Every time I call or visit the staff are very friendly and helpful! They always fit us in when necessary. It's helpful to know we can count on them 7 days a week! They were a great help to me when we got a younger kitten (rescue) who needed flea treatments and other care several times. We cannot say enough about how caring, concerned and compassionate Dr. Hillenbrand is with our Seamus and Duffy. She listens, gives us options and is always available when we need her.
The staff and the Drs. Treat you like family and so respect towards your pets. Great care, great atmosphere and overall just a great facility!!
I want to give a special shout out to one staff member, Stephanie Paduhovich, who is an Inpatient Nurse Coordinator at Neffsville. She has always gone above and beyond to make sure my Rottweiler mix, Rocko is happy and healthy. Rocko has REALLY bad anxiety when it comes to vet visits, ESPECIALLY getting his nails trimmed. To the point where he will not let anyone near his paws. I used to dread nail trim appointments because of how stressful they were for both myself and Rocko.
